Contact us about product dimensions, included pieces, care instructions, payments, shipping, returns or refunds. For help choosing a mold, tell us what you plan to make and which product you are considering.
For an existing order
Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout. For damaged or incorrect items, include clear photographs of the item and packaging. Never send your full card number, card security code or account password.
Returns & address enquiries
Please contact us before sending a return. We will provide the correct return address and instructions. The business address below is not an automatic return destination.
