01 · Available payment methods
The payment methods currently available for your order are displayed at checkout. Options can vary by destination, currency, device and payment provider. A payment method is supported only when it appears at checkout.
02 · Prices & charges
Review the currency, product total, discounts and any applicable taxes before submitting payment. Standard shipping is free to supported destinations. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees outside our control. Any import charges assessed by local authorities are addressed in our Shipping Policy.
03 · Payment processing
Payments are handled through the payment services integrated into our Shopify checkout. Providers process payment details under their own terms and privacy notices. Our support team does not require your full card number, security code or banking password by email or phone.
04 · Payment confirmation
Payment must be confirmed before we prepare an order. If a payment is declined or remains pending, check with your bank or provider before attempting payment again. If you believe you have been charged twice, send us your order number and a redacted transaction reference.
05 · Order verification
Orders may be reviewed to help detect unauthorised transactions. If verification is needed, we may contact you using the details you supplied. We will not ask you to disclose a password or card security code.
06 · Refunds & concerns
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method under our Return & Refund Policy. If you spot an unfamiliar transaction, contact your payment provider promptly and email us so we can investigate. No electronic system can guarantee absolute security.
