ktaevori.com is operated by Guangzhou Siteng E-Commerce Co., Ltd. These terms govern orders and purchases from our store, together with the policies presented on the website. Please review them before ordering. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
02 · Eligibility & order information
You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract or have appropriate authorisation. Provide accurate billing, contact and delivery details. You are responsible for ensuring that your selected items and quantities match your needs before submitting an order.
03 · Products & availability
Product pages describe dimensions, materials, colours, configurations and included pieces. Dimensions are approximate and screen colours may differ from the item. Full-to-rim capacities are not recommended batter-fill amounts. We may correct errors or update availability; if an error affects an existing order, we will contact you rather than impose an unapproved additional charge.
04 · Prices, payment & order acceptance
Prices and currency appear on the website and at checkout. Any store-collected taxes and charges are shown before payment. Payment confirmation is required before processing. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund amounts paid for the unfulfilled items.

Use each tool only for its stated purpose and follow product-specific instructions. Not every silicone mold is suitable for baking. Observe verified temperature limits, support flexible molds appropriately, use oven mitts around hot bakeware, and supervise children. Do not use damaged silicone or peeling coated pans.
08 · Intellectual property
Our brand materials and website content, or the rights to use them, belong to us or the relevant rights holders. Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual property rights. Personal use and rights allowed by law are not restricted by this clause.
09 · Responsibility & disputes
We take reasonable care in operating the store. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse contrary to supplied instructions or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable product and consumer obligations.
